Based on the training of professional ballet dancers, this workout is set at a slightly quicker pace to ensure that the body is both lengthened and toned despite the shortened session.  All exercises are designed to build strength in the quads and inner thigh muscles making it a fantastic session for defining the shape of the upper leg.  With only limited explanations offered so as to maintain the momentum of an express workout, some previous experience will be needed.
