Based on the training of professional ballet dancers, this workout is set at a slightly quicker pace to ensure that the body is both lengthened and toned despite the shortened session.  Focusing predominatly on strengthening the gluteal muscles and stabilizing the lower back, this is a great session for shaping the bottom and giving a longer leg line.  With only limited explanations offered so as to maintain the momentum of an express workout, some previous experience will be needed.
